About Us
Rooted Fuel Meals was created out of a personal journey—one rooted in faith, family, and the belief that food is meant to heal, not harm.
As a chef and a father, I saw a growing disconnect between what people were eating and how they felt every day. Convenience had replaced quality. Labels were filled with preservatives, fillers, and ingredients no one could pronounce. Even “healthy” options often lacked intention, transparency, and soul.
Rooted Fuel was born as a response to that.
We set out to create a meal prep company that treats food with reverence—sourcing organic produce, regenerative grass-fed proteins, and wild-caught seafood, while eliminating seed oils, preservatives, soy, and unnecessary processing. Every ingredient is chosen on purpose, because we believe what you put into your body directly impacts how you live, lead, and love.
But Rooted Fuel is about more than nutrition.
It’s about fueling families, supporting small farms, and honoring the body God gave us. It’s about creating meals you can confidently feed your children, share with your loved ones, and rely on during life’s busiest seasons—without compromising your values.

Rooted Fuel Meals was born from a simple idea: people deserve better food. We wanted meals made with real ingredients, prepared with care, and aligned with the values we live by. What began at our own table grew into a way to fuel families with honesty, purpose, and intention.
