Managing Your Subscription

How do I swap my meals?
Log in → Account → Subscriptions to update meals.
How do I skip a week?
Account → Future Orders → Click “Skip” before Sunday at 11:59 PM.
What happens if I don’t make changes?
Your previous order will automatically repeat and your subscription will be processed on Monday for the upcoming delivery.
How do I cancel or make changes to my subscription?
To cancel your subscription or make any changes, please email support@rootedfuel.app.

All cancellations or updates must be submitted by Sunday at 11:59 PM.

Are meals fresh?
All meals are fresh, never frozen.
Do meals contain preservatives?
No — all meals are made with clean ingredients.
How long do meals last?
5–7 days refrigerated, up to 3 months frozen.
How do I heat meals?
Microwave or oven — fully cooked.

Delivery & Shipping

Where do you deliver?
Orlando and surrounding areas.
What if my order is damaged?
Send photos within 24 hours and we’ll fix it.
